Hunter/Jumper or Dressage
               R ussellville Manor has many offerings. Whether you are new to riding or looking to attain a higher skill level, we offer all levels of instruction for the Hunt seat as well as up to Dressage 2nd Level.

Instructor
               L essons are provided by an instructor with 20 years teaching experience trained at the British Horse Society in Hertfordshire, England as an Instructor and Equine Manager.

Equine Care / Management
               D o you just have an interest in how to better care for your horse?
Russellville Manor is here to help. We can teach you equine management including: feeding schedules, equine nutrition, ground manners, stable management, how to look out for injuries, and many other c. 

You Don't Own a Horse?
               N o worries. We have lesson horses available. There is absolutely no need to own a horse. We have several lesson horses available for the beginner and the advanced student.

BG's Folly scratched from Cane Pace on Monday (AP)
BG's Folly has been scratched from the $300,000 Cane Pace at Freehold Raceway on Monday because of sickness. The defection on Friday opened a spot in the opening leg of pacing's Triple Crown for Foreign Officer. The colt was the also-eligible list and will get the outside No. 8 post that was to have been the starting point for BG's Folly.

Me Love edges Ms. Short Pockets in Monmouth race (AP)
Me Love outlasted Ms. Short Pockets in a duel over the final 100 yards to post a head-length victory in the $82,000 featured race at Monmouth Park on Friday. Ridden by Eddie Castro, Me Love raced the mile and a sixteenth over a firm turf course in 1:41.4. The Dale Capuano-trained 4-year-old filly paid $11.40, $5.60 and $3.40 after winning for the first time in three tries at the racetrack.

Quality Road favorite in Woodward at Saratoga (AP)
Quality Road is the favorite to win the $750,000 Woodward Stakes at Saratoga Race Course on Saturday. Quality Road experienced his first defeat of the season by Blame in the Whitney Handicap this summer at Saratoga. "We were a half-a-head short of (being unbeaten) this year," trainer Todd Pletcher said.

Win for M'lou takes feature race at Del Mar (AP)
Win for M'lou defeated Pink Diamond by three-quarters of a length to win the $54,000 Del Mar Kiwanis Purse on Thursday at Del Mar. Ridden by Victor Espinoza, Win for M'lou covered 5 furlongs on the turf in :56.03 and paid $61, $16.80 and $6.40 as the 29-1 longshot in a field of seven older fillies and mares.
